Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Rosterix service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rosterix to transmit spam or illegal content, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the software, or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Free plan and paid plans
The Free plan is available at no cost with the limitations described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per location. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Data ownership
You own your data. By using Rosterix, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not use your data for any other purpose.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
